Letsbuysarees Online Service Pvt Ltd’s Return Policy offers you the option to return items purchased on letsbuysarees.in within 7 days of the receipt. In case of returns, we will credit the amount through NEFT option which you paid for the products as cash back into your account.If you choose to exchange the item for reason of mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost.
letsbuysarees.in’s 7 day returns policy gives you an option to return items purchased on letsbuysarees.in for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. You prefer,you can ship an item back to us. In such cases, we will credit your cash back account with Rs.100 to cover your cost of shipping the product back to us.Once we pick up or receive your return, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and if the product passes our quality check we will credit the amount you paid for the products as cashback into your account through NEFT option.If you wish to receive a refund instead, please send an email with the following details from your registered email address to firstname.lastname@example.org. If the picked up product does not pass the quality check we shall return it back to you.

Certain innerwear, cosmetics, socks, deodorants, perfumes, fashion accessories, hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned. The list of items where returns or exchanges is not supported includes:
Briefs, Trunks and Lingerie.Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Earrings, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings.Mittens, Socks and Wrist-Bands.Fine jewelry products must be returned within 15 days of delivery.
It can take up to 15 days for you to receive your refund.
We take up to 2 days to process the refund once we receive the product at our returns processing facility
Therefore the return time really depends on the time it takes the courier company to deliver the packet to the returns processing facilty.
If you are returning multiple products from a single order, you will receive a separate Return ID and email for
each item. However, you can ship all the products delivered in a single order in a single shipment. Please
include the Return IDs for all the products in a single return form.
You can send the return to the mailing address which has mentioned on the email which is received after raise the return request.

Absolutely!! Letsbuysarees offers a “No question asked size change policy” for your apparel and footwear.
You can get the size exchanged anytime whilst sitting at home. Report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of date of receipt of your complaint and replace with the right size.
If you receive a wrong product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. We’ll get back to you and arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint. You can choose to have refund or replacement of the product.
If you receive a physically damaged product, we request you to report your concern through our Contact Us form within 7 days of receipt of your order. Once approved, we’ll arrange reverse pickup for the product within 3 working days of receipt of your complaint, check for the physical damage and if approved, we’ll initiate refund or replacement of the product as per your request.
You can cancel your order any time before the shipping of your product. Just fill up our Contact Us form with your order details and we will cancel it and initiate your refund.
We take 1-2 business days to cancel your order and initiate refund if applicable. You will be intimated once cancellation is complete.
Replacements are made basis availability of the product on the website. If the product is not available on the website,we’ll initiate refund after your confirmation.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return.
If we arrange the pick up of your product, you don’t need to pay anything.
In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup for you, we’ll inform you and request you to return the product via any other courier.We will refund the amount the full courier amount in your account by cash up to Rs. 400 through NEFT option
